For Victorian Advertisers:

• First register as an exempt service provider with the Business Licensing Authority and obtain a valid SWA number which must be displayed on all advertisements;
• Restrict photographic representations of themselves or another individual to head and shoulders only;
• Refrain from referring to their own race, colour or ethnicity in any advertisement;
• In respect of an exempt service provider, not offer services to clients at premises made available by the advertiser; and
• Refrain from describing the services offered in any advertisement.

Renewable advertisements are the main adverts you see on this site.

Renewable advertiements:

• Allow up to 4 images displayed in an attractive gallery
• Links allowed
• Allow various contact methods
• Are limited to 2500 characters
• Last for 1 months
